Another dominate week from our Market Movers, with three more winners including Ahha Ahha at $7.00.
A flood of money has hit early markets this week, with several significant plunges led by some of racing’s most renowned betting stables across both major venues.
At Caulfield, the lethal Lindsay Smith yard have launched into one of their runners, suggesting the horse is showing plenty at home.
Meanwhile at Rosehill, several rides taken by James McDonald have been crunched in early betting. Given he can pick and choose his mounts, the support suggests he has felt something positive from these horses in trackwork this week.

Xtra Rush
The Richard Laming stable can be dangerous when they step into the market.
While they’ve been relatively quiet recently, they’ll be eager to strike again soon.
This could be the runner to do it. He was excellent at Flemington last start over 2000m, and the decision to stay at the same trip looks ideal.
With the foundation now set, he shapes as a major chance.
Gentle Steel
An above-average mare who has won her past two starts, including an impressive Cranbourne victory in fast time.
She has plenty of natural speed and looks the likely leader. If she finds any peace in front, she could easily pinch this.
Her form also ties closely with Celerity, who has since franked the form with a dominant stakes win.
High On The Hill
Ciaron Maher runner, was taken to Kilmore for what looked like a confidence-building assignment, winning comfortably as a $1.28 favourite.
Now stepping into Saturday metropolitan grade, he deserves his chance and appears capable of progressing quickly through the ranks.
The stable reportedly have a big opinion of the Wootton Bassett colt, and if Group ambitions are realistic, he should measure up here.
Sir Atlas
Another runner from a lethal betting stable who appear to have stepped into the market strongly.
He was excellent last start at Wangaratta, winning as a well-backed favourite ($2).
The horse must have trained on well since that performance, and the stable confidence suggests he’s ready to run another big race.

Tazima
Motivation will be high for the stable to deliver for a high-profile ownership group led by Nick Vass.
He ran well last start at Warwick Farm when third over an unsuitable 1600m and now steps up to a much more suitable 1900m trip.
The booking of James McDonald is a significant positive.
By Choice
Highly regarded two-year-old from the Gai Waterhouse / Adrian Bott yard who may have been set specifically for this assignment.
Expect her to race prominently early, which is often advantageous around Rosehill.
She performed well in a fast-run race last start and should be well suited if the tempo is strong again.
Savvy Hallie
A tough on-speed runner who almost toppled the superstar filly Tempted last start with her aggressive tactics.
Now rock-hard fit, she has the speed to overcome the wide draw and push forward early.
The final stages may test her, but she’s proven extremely resilient.
Militarize
An interesting market move for this runner, with James McDonald opting to take the ride, always a key indicator.
He has likely been ridden in trackwork during the week and appears to have impressed enough to attract early support.
If further money arrives late, it will confirm the confidence.
From barrier 1 he should enjoy every opportunity if the inside lanes are favourable.
