This week we have both major venues covered with all the early market action highlighting some of the most vicious moves in betting.
At Flemington, the Patrick Payne yard have a key runner engaged who they clearly have a huge opinion of and would not have brought to town unless they felt he was a significant chance.
Meanwhile at Randwick, the Annabel and Rob Archibald stable have a rare opportunity training one for the powerful Arrowfield operation, where making a good impression for John Messara and his team will certainly be front of mind.

Star Of Dom
Interesting Team Hayes runner who the boys considered sending to Friday’s Swan Hill feature juvenile sprint, which alone suggests they hold her in high regard.
She was excellent on debut at Sandown when the market suggested she was nowhere near ready at $21, yet she still only missed by 0.2 lengths when finishing second in a field of 13.
She races for a number of loyal stable clients and with expectations high, they will be keen to reward that loyalty with a result here.
Dirnaseer
Appeared unsuited at Warrnambool two starts back where the shifting surface looked against him, yet he still stuck on honestly.
The stable then sent him to Mildura for what looked an easier assignment where he was heavily supported into a warm favourite and duly saluted by four lengths.
This is harder again, however Patrick Payne rarely brings them to town without confidence and placement has always been one of the stable’s great strengths.
Shocklets
Was heavily backed second-up where condition simply looked to give out late, suggesting she may have needed that run more than expected.
Now stepping to 2000m and with added fitness on her side, this looks the set-up they have been building toward.
Carrying only 51.5kg, she profiles as one of the strongest closers late and looks the big improver.
Celsius Star
Ran well enough last start at Caulfield despite racing on a track where conditions and lane bias made things difficult for many runners.
He was forced wider searching for better ground and never really got conditions to suit.
Back to Flemington and the more predictable straight-track conditions, he looks one who could improve sharply — especially if the outside lanes are favoured.

Lord Horatio
Won impressively on debut at Warwick Farm when parked outside the leader before proving too strong late.
The stable have since given him a quiet trial tune-up where he looked sharp and ready for the next step.
Barrier 3 should allow him to take control early and if left alone in front, he could simply dictate and prove hard to run down.
Exit Fee
Was ultra-impressive here last start when momentarily held up before exploding once clear and putting them away with authority.
This looks another suitable race and from a favourable barrier maps for the same economical run just behind the leaders.
Provided luck falls his way again, he looks set to be fighting out the finish.
Nasebah
Looks one of the emerging horses on the rise after an ultra-impressive Kensington victory last time out.
Some may question the strength of the form, however the manner of the win suggested there is much more to come.
She maps softly from the draw and if able to smoke the pipe toward the rear early, expect her to unleash late.
Sunsprite
The Archibald stable are flying and opportunities to train for Arrowfield are not handed out lightly.
They will have placed this mare carefully and will be desperate to produce a result for one of the most influential ownership groups in the country.
With no weight on her back and fitness continuing to build, she profiles as the type who can pinch a break mid-race and prove extremely hard to chase down.
