This Stable is Flying

It was a Caulfield clinic last week with 3 winners, including William Reid winner Jigsaw at $7.00 to make it 3 weeks profit on the bounce.
This week we have both major venues covered, with key betting moves already having a pronounced impact on early markets.
At Flemington, early money has come for a Team Hayes two-year-old, with punters convinced she will relish the step up to 1200m.
Meanwhile at Rosehill, support has arrived for a Melbourne raider from the Dominic Sutton yard, with the young trainer chasing another major result with his stable star.
As always, any further market push close to start time would add extreme confidence.

Gentle Steel
The Sandhu stable are flying and are often underrated by the market, but not on this occasion.
She has won her past three starts and possesses the tactical speed to control the race from the front.
With limited pressure engaged, she could enjoy a soft lead and prove very hard to run down once she kicks inside the final 200m.
Gin Twist
Team Hayes runner who was ultra-impressive winning here over 1000m last start and looks even better suited stepping up to 1200m.
Her closing splits suggested she was crying out for further, and that profile fits perfectly here.
With the rail playing well in recent Flemington straight races, her low draw (gate 1) is a major advantage
Moor Mumm
The Matthew Dale stable rarely travel one without purpose, and this looks a deliberate placement.
She did enough first-up at Canterbury (2 of 8) and now finds what appears to be a much weaker race.
Gets in with just 52kg after the claim and should be competitive for a long way.
Zarkouma
Won well at Sandown last start after being well supported ($2.40 favourite), delivering a dominant performance in Benchmark 70 grade.
Steps up to Benchmark 84 level here, but the manner of that victory suggests he’s capable of making the jump.
From gate 12 he can settle and build into the race, and the long Flemington straight will give him every chance to wind up.

Persian Wonder
Had no chance in the Pago Pago after settling too far back, but still produced a strong late run to suggest he’ll relish 1400m.
He sustained a long sprint from the tail and was strong through the line, pointing to this as his ideal trip.
From gate 4, expect a more economical run which could make all the difference.
Captain Furai
Chris Waller runner with James McDonald booked — always a strong signal of stable confidence.
He ran well here last start when third behind Modella, despite things not going to plan after a slow beginning.
With better execution and a more forward position expected, he should be right in the finish.
Storm Legend
These MyRacehorse runners often come with strong motivation from the stable, with trainers keen to secure more horses from the ownership group.
That appears to be the case here, with careful placement suggesting they believe this is a winning opportunity.
Expect a focused performance.
Feroce
Young trainer Dominic Sutton is chasing another big result, and this horse is clearly the stable’s headline act.
He has been solid all preparation without winning but showed encouraging signs last start in a strong race.
This is a clear drop in class from the Group 1 Futurity at Caulfield, and that relief could prove decisive.
