Oliveanotherday continues to look like a freakish young sprinter who is getting better with every start.

He found himself in an awkward position last start before Harry Coffey was able to extricate him from a pocket and get him into clear running.

Once into the open, his acceleration was outstanding. He produced the fastest final 200m of the entire meeting and was still able to be eased down on the line.

He tackles Flemington for the first time, but the spacious track and long straight could suit him even better.

Oliveanotherday can extend his winning sequence to six.

Sass Appeal had her winning streak of five brought to an end at Caulfield last start, but there were genuine reasons for the defeat.

It was her first time racing on a Slow track and she was also four weeks between runs.
