Race 4 – #4 Persian Wonder

Persian Wonder was excellent last start with the race shape against him, producing some of the best closing sectionals of the day.

In a fast run race, he was left detached from the field but still managed to record the fastest last 1000m of the meeting, which highlights the strength of the performance.

J-Mac goes back on, and from barrier 3 he should land midfield with cover before finishing strongly.

A repeat of that effort would see him firm significantly in Sires betting markets.

Race 9 – #1 Sepals

Sepals comes off a strong fourth in the Newmarket where he was held up at a crucial stage.

He steps to a more suitable 1500m, picks up an in-form Tommy Berry and looks to maintain his unbeaten second-up record.

He maps to land on speed for a perfect run in transit and a repeat of his last two runs has him winning this.
