Stealth Of Night had plenty of merit in her first-up performance despite the run not panning out in her favour.

Asked to roll forward early, she was caught wide throughout over a distance that looked short of her best, yet still stuck on well to the line.

It was the type of run that should have brought her on nicely from a fitness perspective without taking too much out of her.

The step up to 1400 metres is a significant positive and looks much better suited to her racing style.
